When returning your scissors to us, always include a note inside the shipment with the following information:

• Your full name, address, phone number and email address
• A clear description of the problem or what you notice while cutting
• Approximately when the scissors were purchased, if known
• The service you would like us to perform

If you only want your scissors engraved, clearly state ENGRAVING ONLY on the note. Without specific instructions, your scissors will always be treated as a standard sharpening or conditioning service.

The sender is responsible for providing complete and correct contact details and instructions. If information is missing or incorrect, we may not be able to contact you about your scissors or the required treatment.
